    Ingredients
     
     

    • 1 cup Whole wheat flour
    • ¼ cup Coconut, shredded
    • ½ cup Palm sugar, or regular sugar
    • ¼ cup Butter
    • 1 tsp Baking soda
    • 1 pinch Salt, optional
    • 3 tbsp Milk

    Instructions
     

    To Prepare Cookies

    • Cream the butter and sugar in a bowl, until it turns pale in color
    • Add sieved wheat flour, baking soda, shredded coconut, salt, and milk to the above mix and combine everything together to form a dough
    • Separate the dough into small ball sized shapes and press each of them in the center to make flat cookies

    To Bake Cookies

    • Bake the cookies in the butter greased baking tray in the preheated oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 12 to 15 minutes or until the sides turn brown in color
    • Remove the cookies from the oven and allow it to cool down completely

    Serve

    • Serve the crunchy wheat flour coconut cookies for tea time or for breakfast
