Take cleaned and bite-size bone-in chicken pieces in a bowl and add turmeric powder, chili powder, salt, and mix well. Allow the chicken to rest for at least 15 minutes

In a blender add garlic, ginger, 10 green chili, coriander leaves, and water

In a pan with medium heat, pour oil and add cinnamon stick, cloves, fennel seeds, cumin seeds, green chili, and sautรฉ until it turns aromatic

Close the pan with the lid and allow the chicken to cook for 10 minutes

Now open the lid and give a quick mix and add the green chili paste and mix until it gets incorporated

Allow the chicken to cook until it leaves oil from its sides and make sure to stir on and off

Roast the chicken for another 5 to 7 minutes. This helps the chicken to absorb all the flavors from the curd and green chilli paste
