Add ¼ cup of black tea powder or 6 black tea bags and allow it to brew for 5 minutes
Switch off the heat and cover the saucepan with the lid and allow it to steep for 3 minutes
Open the lid and drain the tea into a pitcher with a fine-mesh strainer if you are using tea powder or discard the tea bags
Now pour the remaining 6 cups of cold water into the pitcher and dilute the tea mixture. Refrigerate the tea for at least 2 hours
Mix well and allow it to boil for 2 to 3 minutes. Remove the sugar syrup from heat and allow it to cool down
Now cut all the lemons in half and transfer them to a bowl
Place a fine-mesh strainer in a bowl and squeeze the juice from the lemon.
Mix well the pulp that is collected in the strainer to extract the juice from it
In a large pitcher or bowl, pour the lemon juice, reserved sugar syrup, and 2 cups of water. Mix well and refrigerate until it is served
In a serving glass, add a lemon slice, and ice cubes, and pour in the chilled Lemonade. Pour the reserved iced tea on top of it.
