Wash and dry red chilies, remove stalks. Blend with garlic, vinegar, brown sugar, water, oil, and salt.
Close the lid of the jar and secure it to the blender. Blend the ingredients until everything turns smooth
Remove the jar from the blender, open the lid, and pour the chili garlic mixture into a medium-heat pan
Simmer mixture for 7-10 mins until flavors blend. Cool and use immediately or store for later
Use Chili Garlic Sauce in Asian dishes like chicken ramen, hot and sour soup, honey garlic shrimp, and chicken. Store sauce in airtight container in fridge for upto 2 months
