In a bowl, add the shrimp, garlic powder, ground black pepper, chili flakes, and salt, and give it a good mix. You can also rest it for 10 minutes
In a large pot, pour water, drizzle some oil and add ½ tsp of salt. Bring the water to boil
Now add the Fettuccine Pasta to the water and cook as per the package instructions
Once the pasta is cooked, drain it from the water and reserve it for later use
In a pan with medium heat, pour oil and add the shrimp without overcrowding the pan
Fry the shrimp for 3 to 5 minutes on both sides. Remove the shrimp form the oil and reserve them for later use
In the same pan with remaining oil, add the butter and allow it to melt. Once it is melted saute the onion and garlic until it turns aromatic
Pour 2 cups of heavy whipping cream and simmer the heat
Season the cream with salt, Italian seasoning, chili flakes, and black pepper powder. Stir and cook until it thickens
Add the Parmesan cheese and stir until it melts. Now the Alfredo Sauce is ready for us to toss in the pasta
Now add the cooked Fettuccine Pasta to the Alfredo Sauce and stir gently until the pasta coats well with the sauce
Finally, layer it with pan-fried shrimp and garnish with parsley and remove from the heat
