In a bowl, combine all the ingredients listed for the dressing. Mix them thoroughly,  and set the dressing aside for future use

Place the salmon on a plate. Drizzle olive oil over it and  season with paprika, black pepper, and a pinch of salt. Gently rub these spices onto all sides of the salmon

Heat a pan over medium heat. Cook seasoned salmon for 3 to 5 minutes. Flip and cook 3 to 5 more minutes until easily flaky with a fork

Once done, remove the salmon from the pan, peel off the skin, and use a fork to flake the salmon into medium size pieces
