In a glass bowl, add the garlic, chili, black pepper powder, and salt. Mix well and reserve the seasoning mix for later use
On a plate, add the salmon fillets and pour 1 tsp of cooking oil. Rub the oil all over the salmon fillets
Season the salmon with the seasoning mix that we already prepared in the previous step. Now the Salmon fillets are ready to be fried
In a pan, pour 2 tbsp of oil and add the seasoned salmon fillets. Fry them in medium heat for 1 to 2 minutes
Flip and fry them for another 2 minutes. Make sure to flip on all sides to cook the fish evenly on sides
Remove the salmon from the oil and flake them into medium pieces and reserve it for later use
In the same pan or pot with the remaining oil, add 1 tbsp of butter and add minced garlic. Saute the garlic until it turns aromatic
Add the onions and saute until it turns soft
Add the Italian seasoning, chili flakes, black pepper powder, salt, and give a good mix
Pour 2 cups of full-fat milk, and 1 cup of water and give a good mix. Bring the mixture to boil
Add the Angel Hair pasta and allow it to dissolve
Cook the pasta until turns thick and tender. Always make sure to stir on and off the pasta during the cooking process
Add the fried salmon, cilantro leaves and give it a gentle toss
Finally, garnish with parmesan cheese and remove from heat. Now the delicious Salmon Pasta is ready for you to taste and enjoy
