In a pan with medium heat, pour water, and bring it to a slight boil. Now add the black sugar boba and allow it to boil for 2 minutes

Simmer the heat and close the pan with its lid and cook the boba until it doubles in its size

Now remove the Boba pearls from the water and reserve them for later use. You can also keep the Boba in the water until you add them to the tea and this avoid turning them sticky

In a saucepan with medium heat, pour water and add black or green tea leaves and brew it for 2 to 3 minutes. Remove the tea and reserve it for later use. If you prefer not to use tea in this recipe, you can also skip adding the brewed tea

In a mug, pour warm milk and add 2 tsp of taro root powder. Mix until it incorporates well
