In a bowl, add the cleaned and deveined shrimp, ginger, garlic, pepper powder, chili sauce, oregano, salt, and egg white

Mix well until everything coats on the shrimp

Close the bowl with a lid and allow it to rest for at least 10 minutes

In a tray, add all-purpose flour, cornstarch, panko breadcrumbs, paprika, pepper powder, oregano, salt, and mix well

Now coat the marinated shrimp in the flour breadcrumb mixture. Make sure to coat the shrimp one by one that helps to achieve the best outer coating layer

In a pan with medium heat, pour in the oil and allow it to warm up (the temperature can be 350 to 375 degrees F). Add the breaded Shrimp one by one without overcrowding the pan

Fry until it turns golden on both sides
