In a wide bottom tray, add all-purpose flour, cornstarch, chili powder, ginger powder, garlic powder, pepper powder, and salt. Mix until everything incorporated
Coat the chicken breast with the flour mix. Make sure to shake the excess and repeat the same for other pieces
In a pan with medium heat, pour oil and fry the flour-coated chicken breasts for 3 to 5 minutes
Flip them and fry for another 5 minutes. Repeat the process until it turns golden brown color
Remove the fried chicken breasts and reserve them for later use
In the same pan with the remaining oil, add the minced garlic and saute until it turns aromatic
Add the soy sauce, chili flakes, vinegar, honey, and salt, and give it a good mix
Pour 3 tbsp of water and stir well. Now bring the mixture to boil
Add the fried chicken breast into the honey garlic mixture (sauce) and coat well
Simmer the heat and cook until the sauce thickens
Finally, garnish with sesame seeds and remove from heat. And now the delicious Honey Garlic Chicken is ready for you to taste and enjoy
