In a bowl add mango pulp, oil, sugar, cardamom powder and mix well until the sugar is dissolved

Now add the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and powder and mix well using the cut and fold method

Add 1 tbsp of milk, vinegar and mix the mango cake mixture until smooth without any lumps

Now pour the Mango Cake batter into an oil greased pan and spread them evenly

Now bake the batter in the preheated oven at 360 degrees Fahrenheit for about 30 to 40 minutes. Once done, remove the cake from the oven

Now invert the Mango Cake on a cooling rack and allow it to cool down completely

Finally, garnish the cake with fresh-cut mangoes as shown in the video. And this step is totally optional
