In a pan with medium heat, pour oil and allow it to warm up. Add a small piece of papad to check whether the oil is hot. The pappadam should immediately rise if the oil is hot

Add a Pappadum one at a time and fry until it turns crisp on both sides

Drain and remove from the oil. Now the crispy Poppadom is ready to taste and enjoy

Add ¼ tsp of oil on both the sides of the uncooked papad and spread evenly

Now place the papad in a microwave-safe plate and fry them for 45 to 60 seconds or until it turns crispy on both sides
