Wash and dry Brussels sprouts. Remove any bad leaves and trim stems. Halve the sprouts and use similar sizes for even cooking
Mix Brussels sprouts, garlic powder, chili flakes, black pepper, salt, lemon juice, and olive oil in a wide bowl. Mix thoroughly.
Prepare air fryer by spraying basket with oil. Preheat to 400°F for 5 minutes. Adjust timing according to air fryer instructions for optimal results
Add seasoned Brussels sprouts to preheated air fryer in single layer. Set temperature to 400°F and timer for 8 minutes. Fry for 4 minutes, then pause
Open the basket and shake the Brussels sprouts a few times to ensure they cook evenly
Resume the air fryer for the remaining 4 minutes. Finally, open the air fryer basket and your Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts should be ready to serve
Serve as is or add buffalo sauce, maple syrup, or parmesan cheese. Pair with air fryer chicken breast, salmon, baked chicken drumsticks, or thighs for a complete meal
