In a bowl, crack the eggs and remove the egg white alone (do not discard the yolks you can use them to make custard pudding, ice creams, and more delicious desserts)
Season the egg whites with salt, white pepper powder, and chili flakes
Beat the egg whites until it turns frothy and reserve them for later use
In a pan with medium heat, pour oil and add the onions and saute until it turns soft
Add the green bell pepper, and tomatoes and stir for a minute. Then add the spinach and saute to wilt
Add the beaten egg whites to the veggie mixture and spread them evenly
Simmer the heat and close the pan with its lid and cook the egg until it puffs up
Open the lid and now the healthy Egg White Omelet is ready for you to taste and enjoy
