In a saucepan with medium heat, pour water and bring it to boil

Add chopped or grated fresh ginger to the water. Allow it to boil for 2 to 3 minutes

Simmer the heat and add a cinnamon stick to ginger tea. Adding cinnamon is optional here, You can feel free to skip if you don't need its flavor

Close the pan with its lid and allow it to brew for 5 minutes

Open the lid and remove the tea from heat. Strain the cinnamon stick and ginger pieces from the tea. Now pour the filtered Ginger Tea into a serving glass
