In a pan with medium heat, pour oil and add garlic. Saute until it turns aromatic
Add the spinach leaves and cook until it wilts
Once the leaves wilted, season them with chili flakes and salt. If you notice the water is still left behind, feel free to saute it on high heat for a few seconds
Remove the Sauteed Spinach from heat and it is now ready for you to taste and enjoy
Serve this Sauteed Spinach with rice, baked chicken breast, baked salmon, grilled salmon, or similar chicken or seafood dishes.
