Wash the turmeric knobs in running water and pat them dry. Chop them into small pieces and reserve them for later use
Take 3 oranges and cut them in half. Squeeze the juice from the fruit using a handheld juicer and reserve them for later use
Cut the three lemons in half and squeeze the juice from it
Now in a blender jar, add the chopped turmeric, ginger, lemon juice, orange juice, and water
Close the lid and blend until everything turns smooth on a blender
Remove and filter the turmeric ginger mixture using a fine-mesh strainer. Make sure to mix well to extract the last drop of juice from the mixture
Pour the Turmeric shot into a serving shot glass and add honey or maple syrup to sweeten the drink
