In a bowl pour the chicken or vegetable broth, soy sauce, chili flakes, cornstarch, and brown sugar, and give it a good whisk
Reserve this stir fry sauce for later use
In a wok with medium-high heat, pour sesame oil, and add ginger, garlic, and Thai red chilies. Give them a good saute until they turn aromatic
Add the broccoli florets, and carrots and stir fry them until it turns crispy and tender
Now add the remaining veggies like mushroom, zucchini, bell peppers, baby corn, and snap peas, and season them with salt and pepper
Stir fry the veggies for about 2 to 3 minutes or until it turns crispy
Now add the reserved sauce into the veggie mixture and give it a good stir
Allow the sauce to thicken and then finally garnish with spring onions and sesame seeds.
Serve this Vegetable Stir Fry over white rice, brown rice, noodles, or fried rice.
