In a tray, add the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, onion, garlic, and black pepper powder, chili flakes, Italian herbs, and salt. Combine well
Now dredge the chicken breast with the flour mixture. Make sure to shake off the excess flour. Repeat the same process for the remaining chicken breasts.
In a pan with medium heat, pour oil and add the butter. Allow the butter to melt
Now add the dredged chicken breast and fry for 4 to 5 minutes on each side until it turns golden
Remove the chicken from the oil and reserve it for later use
Now in the same pan with remaining butter and oil, add the onion, and garlic and saute until it turns aromatic
Now add the chicken bouillon, chili flakes, black pepper, and Italian herbs. Give it a good mix
Add the lemon juice, water, and 4 lemon slices, and give it a good mix. Allow the mixture to boil for 3 to 5 minutes. Now the lemon butter sauce is ready for us to add the chicken
Add the fried chicken breast into lemon garlic butter sauce and coat them well with the sauce
Allow the chicken to cook in the lemon butter sauce for 3 to 5 minutes. This will help the chicken to absorb all the flavors from the sauce
