In a bowl, add the ginger, garlic, pepper, and cumin powder, paprika, cayenne pepper and salt
Mix well and keep the seasoning mix for later use
On a plate, place the chicken breast and pour oil. Spread the oil to coat all the breast pieces.
Now sprinkle the seasoning mix all over the breast pieces and rub nicely to coat on all sides
Transfer the chicken breast to an oil-greased baking tray and it is now ready to be baked
Place the seasoned chicken breast in preheated oven at 425°F for about 15 to 20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Remove the Baked Chicken Breast from the oven and garnish with coriander/cilantro leaves
Serve this Baked Chicken Breast with brown rice, white rice, roasted asparagus, roasted green beans, or roasted broccoli
