Wash and dry tomatoes using kitchen towel. Slice in half and transfer them to a bowl
Next, season the tomatoes with olive oil, black pepper, salt, crushed garlic, thyme, basil, and parsley leaves. Give everything a good mix
Arrange the seasoned tomatoes in a single layer on an aluminum-lined baking tray, making sure to drizzle any leftover oil and herbs over them
Preheat oven to 450℉. Roast tomatoes on baking tray for 30-35 mins until desired tenderness
Once the Roasted Tomatoes are done, remove them from the oven and they are ready to be enjoyed
