Now in a pan with medium heat, pour oil and add onion, red bell pepper, and green bell pepper. Sauté until the veggies turn soft and reserve them for later use

Now using a heatproof rubber or silicone spatula push the cooked edges to the center and let the runny eggs to the edges. This helps the eggs to cook evenly
