Instructions
To Prepare Custard cookies
In a bowl add the sieved custard powder, all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt
Now beat the butter, vanilla essence, and icing sugar until it turns creamy
Combine the creamy mixture with the flour mix well to form a soft dough
Separate the dough into small lemon size balls and press it with a fork in the middle
Place the cookies in a butter greased baking tray
To Bake
Bake it in the preheated oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 15 to 20 minutes
Remove the cookies from the oven and allow it to cool down
To Serve
Now the delicious custard powder cookies are ready to serve with warm milk/tea/coffee or just as a finger snack
