Salmon Fish Tandoori is one of the crowd-pleasing and tempting Indian seafood dishes that can be served with jasmine/jeera/biryani rice or just as a starter.
In a bowl mix chili, coriander, turmeric, and tandoori powder, salt, oil, and lemon juice to prepare the marinade
Smear the above marinade on the salmon pieces and keep it aside for 30 minutes
To Bake
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and place the marinated fish pieces on a greased aluminum foil covered pan and bake the fish for 20 to 25 minutes
Now switch the baking mode to broil and cook the fish for another 2 to 3 minutes
Switch off the oven and remove the fish
To Serve
Serve the warm salmon fish tandoori with jasmine/jeera/biryani rice or just as a starter
