Strawberry Milk Bubble Tea, often known as Strawberry Boba Tea, is a delightful blend of rich, sweet flavors and chewy texture. Made with strawberry milk, green tea, and tapioca pearls, this tea is an ideal refreshment for hot summer days or can be savored warm during the colder winter months.
Start by boiling 3 cups of water in a medium-heated saucepan.
Add black boba pearls to the boiling water and cook for 3 to 5 minutes.
Lower the heat, cover the saucepan, and let the boba pearls cook until they double in size.
Remove the lid, take the boba pearls out of the water, and set them aside.
In another saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil and add green tea bags.
Turn off the heat, cover the saucepan, and let the tea steep for 2 minutes. Then, remove from heat and let it cool to room temperature.
Place the cooked boba pearls in a glass, add sugar, green tea, and strawberry milk. Stir well. Your delicious and chewy Strawberry Boba Milk Tea is now ready to enjoy.

Notes
Tips for Perfect Strawberry Milk Bubble Tea:
Boba Preparation: Follow the package instructions carefully when cooking Boba to ensure the best texture and taste. While I used instant Boba, feel free to experiment with different varieties to suit your preference.
Tea Selection: Green tea is my choice for this recipe, but black tea is a great alternative, offering similar flavor profiles.
Sweetness Adjustment: Considering the inherent sweetness of the Boba and strawberry milk, I've added just a teaspoon of brown sugar. Adjust the sweetener to your taste, or you can even skip it altogether.
Iced Version: This versatile drink can be enjoyed at room temperature or chilled with plenty of ice cubes for extra refreshment.
