    To Make Egg Ghee Roast

    • Start by heating ghee in a pan on medium. Add a mix of spices: cinnamon sticks, bay leaves, cumin seeds, cardamom, and cloves. Sauté until they release their fragrant aroma.
      adding oil and ingredients
    • Add onions to the pan, stirring until they turn soft and translucent, which brings out their sweetness.
      adding onion and sauteing
    • Incorporate pureed small onion and ginger garlic paste. Continue sautéing until the raw smell disappears, ensuring a well-rounded flavor.
      adding tomato puree and sauteing
    • Add a blend of spices – chili, coriander, turmeric, garam masala powder along with salt. Mix well for even seasoning.
      adding masala and mixing
    • Pour in pureed tomatoes, stirring thoroughly for a smooth, well-incorporated gravy.
      adding tomato puree and mixing
    • Add water, cover the pan, and simmer the gravy for 10 minutes. This step allows the flavors to meld together beautifully.
      closing pan and cooking
    • Place boiled eggs in the gravy, gently coating them to infuse the flavors.
      adding egg and combining
    • Lower the heat and let it simmer for an additional 5 minutes or until the gravy turns a rich reddish-brown, indicating it's perfectly cooked.
