    • 5 Boneless Chicken Thighs, or chicken breast
    • 3 tbsp Soy Sauce, low sodium
    • 2 tbsp Rice Vinegar
    • 3 cloves Garlic, grated
    • ½ inch Ginger, grated
    • ½ tsp Chili Flakes, optional for heat

    Other Ingredients

    • 3 tbsp Oil
    • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
    • 1 Shallot, medium size, chopped
    • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
    • ½ tsp Black Pepper, freshly crushed or powder
    • 1½ cup Water
    • Salt, to taste
    • Spring Onions, to garnish

    Instructions
     

    Marinate Chicken

    • Add grated garlic, ginger, soy sauce, bay leaves, rice vinegar, and chili flakes in a bowl
