- Honey - Make this dish incredibly delicious
- Spice Powders - Ginger, garlic, chili, and pepper powder. And I have also used chili flakes while making sauce for a slight heat

How to make Honey Garlic Chicken?
The recipe I have shared here is sweet and savory Honey Garlic Chicken made with breast and basic pantry ingredients. Even though this recipe is made with breasts you can also feel free to use thighs to achieve similar results.

To Flour Coat Chicken
- Prep the flour mix - In a wide bottom tray, add all-purpose flour, cornstarch, chili powder, ginger powder, garlic powder, pepper powder, and salt. Mix until everything incorporated
- Coat the Chicken - Coat the chicken breast with the flour mix. Make sure to shake the excess and repeat the same for other pieces
To Fry the Chicken
- Fry the Breast - In a pan with medium heat, pour oil and fry the flour-coated chicken breasts for 3 to 5 minutes
- Flip and Fry - Flip them and fry for another 5 minutes. Repeat the process until it turns golden brown color
- Remove - Remove the fried chicken breasts and reserve them for later use
To Make Honey Garlic Chicken
- Saute the aromatic - In the same pan with the remaining oil, add the minced garlic and saute until it turns aromatic
- Add sauce and honey - Add the soy sauce, chili flakes, vinegar, honey, and salt, and give it a good mix
- Boil - Pour 3 tbsp of water and stir well. Now bring the mixture to boil
- Add Chicken - Add the fried chicken breast into the honey garlic mixture(sauce) and coat well
- Simmer and Thicken - Simmer the heat and cook until the sauce thickens
- Garnish - Finally, garnish with sesame seeds and remove from heat. And now the delicious Honey Garlic Chicken is ready for you to taste and enjoy

- How to bake - Bake the flour-coated chicken breast in the preheated oven at 450°F for about 15 to 18 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165 ºF
- To Air Fry - Air fry the breast at 360°F for about 15 to 20 minutes
