- Wash, Peel, and Chop - Wash the carrots thoroughly in running water and pat them dry. Peel the skin of the carrots and chop and discard the top and bottom parts. Now cut the carrots into diagonal shapes as shown in the picture
- Cook the Carrots - In a wide bottom vessel with medium heat, pour water, and add the chopped Carrots. Mix well and cook the Carrots until it turns tender. It may take approximately 7 to 10 minutes to cook the carrots
- Drain - Drain the Carrots from the water and reserve them for later use
- Melt the Butter - In a pan with medium heat, add butter and allow it to melt
- Saute the Garlic - Add the minced garlic and saute until it turns aromatic
- Add the seasonings - Add the chili flakes, crushed pepper, honey, and salt, and give it a good mix
