- Shrimp - I have used jumbo shrimp here, that is cleaned and deveined already but you can use any size that's handy to you. if you are planning to use frozen shrimp then I recommend thawing it to room temperature
- Seasonings Powders - Garlic Powder, Paprika, white or black pepper powder, and chili flakes for seasoning the shrimp
- Sauces - Dark soy sauce, regular all-purpose soy sauce, chili sauce, and vinegar for achieving the bold Asian food flavors

- Cornstarch - Few tbsps to marinate the shrimp

The recipe I have shared here is an easy-to-make Honey Garlic Shrimp, a super flavorful shrimp meal enjoyed over rice. It is one of the quick recipes that work perfectly well for your busy weekdays or weekends.

- Add the Seasonings - In a bowl, add the shrimp, garlic powder, pepper powder, soy sauce, salt, paprika, and cornstarch
- Combine - Combine until all the ingredients coat well on the shrimp
- Add - In a pan with medium heat, pour oil and add the shrimp one by one without overcrowding the pan
- Fry - Fry the shrimps on both sides for 2 to 3 minutes until they turn pink in color. Note: Make sure not to over-fry them as they turn hard and rubbery
- Remove - Remove the fried shrimp from the oil and reserve it for later use
