Ingredients
The ingredients you will need to make this Fried Shrimp are basic pantry ingredients and they should be easily available in the supermarkets around. So let's see what are they below.
For Marination
Following are the ingredients required to marinate Shrimp.
- Shrimp - I have used extra large shrimp that is already cleaned and deveined. I have also removed the tail but you can also leave the tail if you like to prefer that way
- Spice Powders - Ginger powder, garlic powder, pepper powder, and oregano gives nic flavor to your shrimp
- Chili Sauce - Delivers heat and beat taste to your shrimp. You can also use ¼ cup of mustard sauce along with chili sauce to enhance the flavor
- Egg White - Gives the moisture and it helps the shrimp to coat well with the panko-flour mixture
For Breading the Shrimp
Following are the ingredients required to bread the Shrimp.
- All purpose flour and cornstarch - Makes the outer coating for shrimp and helps to keep in the seasoning
- Panko Breadcrumb - I have used the panko breadcrumb which delivers a crispy and crunchy outer layer. You can also use unsweetened coconut flakes to coat the shrimp for similar results
- Spice Powders - Pepper powder, paprika and oregano to give some flavor to your flour mixture
