The recipe I have shared here is a classic Crispy Fried Chicken Wings made with basic seasoning and breading mixture. The recipe involves marinating, breading and deep frying the wings to achieve crispy and crunchy results.

- Add - In a bowl, add the chicken wings, ginger, and garlic powder, salt, hot sauce, and buttermilk
- Mix and Rest - Mix well and rest the wings for at least 15 minutes (You can also marinate for 1 hour if you are not on a time crunch)
- Combine - In a deep tray, add the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, and other seasonings mentioned in the ingredients below for breading. Combine everything well
- Dredge - Now dredge the marinated chicken wings in the flour mixture. Make sure to coat all sides with flour mixture and shake off the excess flour. Repeat the same process for all the wings
- Heat the Oil - Now heat the oil in a deep bottom pan until it reaches 375°F
