- Pat dry the wings - Always make sure to pat dry the wings with a kitchen paper towel to remove all the moisture that results in a crispy chicken wings
- Baked Version - The recipe I have shared here is Oven Baked Buffalo Wings, but you can also toss the sauce in the air-fried chicken wings or fried wings to achieve similar results
- Baking Powder - Baking Powder is one of the main ingredients that helps to crisp up the skin of the chicken wings, so I would recommend not skipping it
- Crispiness - The crispiness of chicken wings stays for up to 15 to 20 minutes once they are out of the oven. After tossing it with the sauce, I recommend serving it immediately to enjoy its crispness
- Serving - These Spicy Buffalo Wings taste great with celery sticks, ranch dip, or blue cheese dip
Serving Suggestions
These Spicy Buffalo Wings taste great with ranch dip, ketchup, or blue cheese dip alongside celery sticks. And it is a perfect appetizer for parties, game nights, or get-togethers.
Storage Suggestions
You can store the baked wings in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. But before serving I would suggest reheating the wings in the oven until the skin crisps and then toss-up with the sauce. After tossing it with the sauce, I recommend serving it immediately to enjoy its crispness. But if it is kept for long then the buffalo wings may turn soft
