- Combine - In a bowl, add the ginger, garlic, pepper, cumin powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, and salt. Mix well and keep the seasoning mix for later use
- Oil Coat - On a plate, place the chicken breast and pour oil. Spread the oil to coat all the breast pieces

- 1 lb Chicken Breast, 2 boneless breast, halved
- ½ tsp Ginger Powder
