Vegetable Stir Fry and most other stir fries taste great when served as soon as it is prepared. So I would not recommend storing them in the freezer or refrigerator and reheating them to enjoy again. Stir fry recipes are usually prepared fast and quick in under 30 minutes and are typically enjoyed hot or warm.
