- 3 tbsp Shallots, chopped
- 1½ cup Broccoli, separated to small florets
- ½ cup Carrots, cut lengthwise
- 1 Bell Pepper, diced
- ½ tsp Black Pepper Powder
- Salt, to taste
- 1 tbsp Chili Sauce, or sambal oelek
- 2 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
- 1½ tsp Rice Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
- Spring Onions, chopped, to garnish
- Sesame Seeds, to garnish

To make Tofu Stir Fry
- Start by taking a bowl and adding tofu, black pepper, salt, and all-purpose flour. Mix the ingredients well until the tofu pieces are coated with the seasoning
- Next, take a pan and pour 2 tsp of oil into it. Heat the pan over medium heat and add the tofu pieces. Fry the tofu on all sides until it turns golden in color
- Remove the pan-fried Tofu from the oil and reserve it for later use
