The recipe I have shared here is Homemade Chicken Wings in Air Fryer. I have used a basic dry rub seasoning mix without flour but you can also use a seasoning mix of your choice. - Preheat the Air Fryer - Oil Spray your Air Fryer basket and preheat the Air Fryer to 380° F for 5 minutes. The time may depend upon the air fryer you are using
- Place the Wings - After preheating, open and place the dry-rubbed chicken wings in the basket in a single layer. Make sure not to overcrowd and it helps to circulate the air that helps to cook food properly
- Set the Temp and Time - Set the Air Fryer at 380° F for 20 minutes and air fry the wings for 10 minutes
- Shake Half Way - Pause the Air Fryer half the way (when time reaches 10 minutes). Open the basket and shake it. Resume the Air Fryer and cook the wings for the rest of the 10 minutes. Once the alarm beeps, open and transfer the air fried Chicken Wings to the bowl
- Toss with Sauce (optional) - Add 2 tbsp of Hot sauce or any other favorite wings sauce of your choice to the air-fried wings. Toss well to coat all the wings. This is an optional step, you can use the sauce or can also enjoy the air-fried wings as it is.
