    • Honey - Natural sweetener that helps to sweeten your drink
    • Ground Flaxseed - Good for digestive health, lowers bad cholesterol, and also reduces the chances of cardiac diseases

    The recipe I have shared here is a basic Blueberry Smoothie with banana and milk. To make the smoothie more nutritious and healthy I have added ground flaxseed, non-fat Greek yogurt, and honey. Honey is a natural sweetener and also loaded with anti-inflammatory properties.

    • Add the ingredients - In a blender jar, add frozen blueberries, banana, ground flaxseed, greek yogurt, honey, and milk
    • Blend - Close the lid and blend until everything turns smooth
