The recipe I have shared here is a healthy homemade Pineapple Juice that does not contain any artificial flavorings or sweeteners. As most of you know pineapple is a healthy fruit and the coconut water used here also has a hydrating property that is good for your overall health.

To cut Pineapple
- Slice the Top and Bottom - Slice the green crown part and bottom of the pineapple
- Peel the Exterior - Place the pineapple stand up straight and slice the exterior peel
- Clean the Eye Bites - Using a sharp knife, remove the tiny eye bites of the peeled pineapple
- Cut into small pieces - Cut the fruit into small size pieces. I have used the center core for juicing but you can also feel free to discard it
To make Pineapple Juice
- Add the ingredients - Add the chopped pineapple and coconut water into the blender jar
- Blend - Close the lid and blend until everything turns smooth
- Filter - Using a fine mesh strainer, filter the blended pineapple juice. make sure to mix with a spoon to extract the juice. You can also use a cheesecloth or nut milk bag to extract the juice
- Pour - Pour the Pineapple Juice into the serving glass and it is now ready to taste and enjoy
