- Low in Fiber - Since we remove all the fiber fwhile straining the juice, the fiber content will be removed which makes you to feel hungry
- Throat Infection - Some people will be allergic to raw green leaves and juices which leads to throat infection and personally my husband had this symptom once after consuming this juice

Ingredients
- 1 bunch Celery, cut into small pieces
- ½ cup Filtered Water
Instructions
To make Celery Juice
- Cut the base of the Celery bunch and wash them thoroughly in running water to remove all the dirt. Chop the Celery into bite-size pieces
- Add the chopped Celery into the blender jar see and add ½ cup of water
- Close the lid and secure the jar on the blender. Blend until it turns smooth
- Now remove the jar from the blender and filter the juice using a fine-mesh strainer(make sure to press and extract all the juice from celery)
- Now pour the juice into a serving glass and healthy Celery Juice is ready to taste and enjoy
