How to freeze Banana for smoothies?
Frozen bananas are the key to achieving a thick and creamy smoothie. So freezing the bananas in small freezer-friendly bags makes your work easier. To do that, first, peel and chop the banana in small circular shapes.
After that, parchment paper over a baking tray and arrange the banana in a single layer without touching each other. Now freeze them in the refrigerator for up to 2 hours.
After 2 hours, the bananas will be hard enough and you can transfer them into freezer-friendly bags. Make them store in portions so that you can use the amount you needed for your smoothies.
