- Yogurt - I have used whole milk yogurt and you can also swap it with non-diary milk for vegan version
- Milk - Whole milk, fat free, reduced fat or non-dairy milk like Almond Milk, Oat Milk, work well for this drink
- Banana - I have used 1 banana here which can be fresh or frozen. Adding frozen fruits gives an extra creamy texture to the drink
- Sugar - It is totally optional, you can either use it or skip to make the smoothie healthier
