- Turmeric - I have used fresh ginger here which is loaded with anti-inflammatory, detoxing, and great healing properties. But you can also use organic turmeric power if fresh roots are not handy to you. Usually, 1tbsp of raw grated turmeric gives 1 tsp of powder
- Ginger - Ginger is also a good source of anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties and delivers a warm and spicy flavor
- Orange and Lemon Juice - Gives the citrusy and naturally sweet flavor to the drink

The recipe I have shared here is Turmeric Shots with ginger, lemon, and orange juice. I have also added crushed peppercorns which help to absorb the curcumin in the turmeric. The quantity yields up to 10 servings and it is usually enjoyed at 1 to 2 ounces in a shots glass. This is a non-alcoholic drink that can be enjoyed by adults and children. And make sure to consume the recommended levels to enjoy its full health benefits.

- Chop the Turmeric- Wash the turmeric knobs in running water and pat them dry. Chop them into small pieces and reserve them for later use
- Juice the Orange - Take 3 oranges and cut them in half. Squeeze the juice from the fruit using a handheld juicer and reserve them for later use. I have used fresh oranges here but you can also use 100% real fruit orange juice that is sugar-free
- Juice the Lemon - Cut the three lemons in half and squeeze the juice from it
- Blend the Ingredients - Now in a blender jar, add the chopped turmeric, ginger, lemon juice, orange juice, and water. Close the lid and blend until everything turns smooth on a blender
- Filter - Remove and filter the turmeric ginger mixture using a fine-mesh strainer. Make sure to mix well to extract the last drop of juice from the mixture
