As most of you know Salmon is a healthy, and protein-filled seafood that has a delicious flavor. It is also a rich source of omega-3 fatty acid that is good for cardiac health. When I think of making salmon recipes, making it on the stovetop is one of my go-to methods since it is faster than the oven or air frying methods. Not only that you can achieve a restaurant quality crispy skin and juicy interior.
Whether you are looking for healthy meal prep or preparing a delicious dinner for yourself, your family, or your guest, this dish never fails to impress anyone. And you can serve it with a simple salad, brown rice, or roasted vegetables. The best part is the leftovers keep well in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. - Nonstick pan - Using a good nonstick pan helps to achieve nonsticking skin and also helps to flip the fillets easily

How long to Pan fry Salmon?
Salmon fillets naturally take less time to cook for about 3 to 5 minutes in medium-high heat on one side. However, it may also depend on the thickness of the fillet you are using. Usually, for crispy skin, you should fry the salmon fillets for about 4 to 5 minutes facing skin-side down. Then flipped and cooked another side for about 3 minutes. I also recommend checking the internal temperature of the salmon using a thermometer. The safest internal temperature for consuming salmon recommended by USDA is 145 °F (62.8 °C)
Also, maintaining the temperature of the pan in medium-high heat is a key factor to avoid skin sticking to the pan. I suggest making this dish in a good quality nonstick pan to achieve the best results.
